Shipping & Returns Policy

By placing an order and using bashdesignsco.com (the “Site”), you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to this Shipping & Returns Policy and all terms outlined below. This policy may be updated from time to time, and BASH Designs Co. encourages you to review it regularly to stay informed about our current shipping and return terms.


1. ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

All BASH Designs Co. orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated (for example, for clearly marked preorders or special launches).

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

  • High-volume times (drops, launches, holidays) may extend processing slightly.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to processing or shipment times if they are still within the stated timeframe.


2. ORDER PLACEMENT GUIDELINES

When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all information is correct before checkout:

  • Sizes & Colors:
    Please double-check sizes, colors, and product selections before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, BASH Designs Co. is not responsible for incorrect size or color selections and cannot guarantee changes.

  • Shipping Address:
    Make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Email Address:
    Please ensure you have access to the email address used at checkout, as order confirmations and shipping updates are sent there. We are not able to resend all order communications to alternate email addresses after the fact.


3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Locations

At this time, BASH Designs Co. ships to addresses within the United States.
(If you decide later to ship to Canada or elsewhere, you can edit this section.)

Shipping Times

  • Shipping time will vary based on the carrier, destination, and shipping option selected at checkout.

  • Once your package has been handed to the carrier, delivery time is outside of our control.

Duties, Taxes & Fees

  • Any applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required by law.

  • BASH Designs Co. is not responsible for any additional fees charged by carriers or third parties.


4. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

  • Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, BASH Designs Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please:

    • Check with neighbors/household members

    • Confirm the shipping address on your order

    • Contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim

We are not able to refund or replace orders that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

Delays due to the carrier (weather, routing issues, seasonal volume, etc.) are outside of our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.


5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At this time, BASH Designs Co. does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through bashdesignsco.com, except in limited cases of confirmed defects or errors on our part.

Please read product descriptions carefully and review size charts (where provided) before placing your order.


6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe your item arrived damaged or defective (and the damage did not occur during transit), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review your situation.

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and any damage

We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution if the item is confirmed to be defective prior to shipping.
